From “I’m not creative”
to “I made that.”

A simple starting point. A little colour. Something entirely yours.

1

Tell us what’s
going on the paper.

Choose your paper dimensions, two headings and your palette. For each photo group, enter a count, printed size and orientation. Add another group when these differ; no photo upload is needed.

We arrange the shapes, tilt the frames, make room for the words and add more sheets when necessary.

Print the lines.
Let them guide you.

The printed outlines show you where to draw and colour. A paid license unlocks both PDFs. Print the guidelines on compatible blank artwork paper, at Actual size / 100%. Keep the colour preview on your phone or a separate sheet.

Lines are thickened here for screen visibility. Your printable guidelines use finer, lighter lines so they stay subtle under your colour.

No calibration page. No registration marks. No extra labels on your artwork. The paint boundary sits inside the area you’ll colour.

Colour the shapes.
Add your memories.

Follow the numbered colour map in the preview PDF. In the default method, colour the separate regions without covering neighbouring outlines. Let them dry, then centre your actual photos on the painted frames.

Painted artwork never goes back into the printer. Transparent pigments can leave faint guidelines visible; try your materials on scrap first.

Prefer real overlapping layers?

Choose Paper stencils in the studio. Print the templates on ordinary paper, cut out each step’s openings, trace onto your artwork, remove the template and fill the shapes. Repeat after drying. Letter centres have connecting strips; those stencil breaks are included in the preview.

No bought transfer paper is needed. You will need scissors, an appropriate tracing tool and some care with alignment. For people who already have transfer paper, a separate transfer workflow is also available.
