The service

Merripaper generates digital collage guides. You provide your own printer, compatible paper, drawing materials and printed photographs. The public version allows up to 12 photos per generation; the paid version allows up to 100 photos per generation. Designs support up to 8 paint colours. An account can save up to 100 projects; routine anti-abuse limits apply to generation.

Accounts and content

Use an account you are authorised to create and keep your login details private. Upload only images you have permission to use. Your photos and finished collages remain yours. You permit the service to store and process submitted content to provide the features you request. Do not abuse the service or attempt to access another person’s content.

PDF licenses and payment

Regular image generation and image downloads are free without an account. PDF downloads require a verified account and active paid access. A seven-day license costs €4.99 one-time for 7-day access from successful payment. A lifetime license costs €99 once, with no scheduled expiry. No automatic renewal applies to these new licenses. Prices include applicable taxes.

The fixed 12-month license is €9.99 per month for 12 monthly installments, a €119.88 total commitment, with no renewal after the fixed term. The first payment follows card setup and explicit authorization of these fixed-term payments in secure checkout. The initial invoice may take about an hour to finalize. PDF access requires successful payment for the current month; unpaid, refunded or disputed payments do not authorize downloads. The schedule stops automatically at the contract end. This plan is currently unavailable for new purchases.

These new-license terms do not change existing contracts. Existing subscriptions remain subject to their agreed terms, including any renewal provisions. Use Account → Billing records & existing subscription management to manage or cancel an existing subscription; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until its paid period ends.

Already downloaded PDFs remain on your own device after access ends. Saved projects remain in your account, but new PDF downloads require active access. Deleting an account removes its projects and stops its associated subscriptions. Contact hello@merripaper.com before deletion with questions about payments or refunds.

Printing and materials

The preview is an illustration of colour placement, not a pigment or printer proof. Print at 100% on appropriate blank paper; do not put painted artwork or glued photos through a printer. The default error allowance does not guarantee accuracy for every printer. Paper-stencil workflows require cutting and careful alignment. Use scissors and drawing tools responsibly.

Support, refunds and mandatory consumer rights

Email hello@merripaper.com about unavailable features, unexpected charges, refund requests or cancellation problems. If you are an EU consumer, distance purchases generally carry a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to the statutory rules for digital content and services. Where the law permits loss of that right after supply begins, it requires the applicable express consent and acknowledgement; accepting these terms or downloading a file does not by itself waive your rights.

You retain statutory remedies if digital content or services are not supplied or do not conform to the contract, including correction, a price reduction or termination and a refund where the legal conditions are met. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Deleting your account does not waive a valid refund or other statutory claim. To exercise a withdrawal right, send us a clear statement identifying your purchase.
